The music therapy process begins with the assessment. During the assessment I will meet with you or the potential client and run a music therapy session with a variety of interventions to learn about the client and goal options. I will also take time to learn about the potential client.

Once an assessment is completed, and the plan in written, sessions can begin! I will provide music therapy interventions to meet the goals determined in the treatment plan.

Baby and Me Music Classes are developmentally geared music classes for infants and toddlers aged 6 months to 4 years old. Classes will consist of music making, singing, dancing, and of course, meeting new friends!

Birth Music Consultations will allow couples to use music during their prenatal, labor, delivery, and postpartum experiences without a music therapist present at the birth.

Music therapy assisted childbirth is the use of music, support, information, and education provided to the birthing family by the music therapist during pre-natal, labor, birthing, and the immediate postpartum experience.
