Co-Owner and Music Therapist/Neurological Music Therapist
"My name is Michael Capo and I am a Board-Certified Music Therapist that has been practicing in El Paso since January 2017. I received my Bachelors of Music Therapy from Slippery Rock University and completed the training from the Academy of Neurologic Music Therapy shortly after. As the current leader of Frontera Music Therapy, I'm known for my energy, enthusiasm, and cheesy jokes. Outside of work, I enjoy woodworking, basketball, and pretending I'm a chef."

"Hello! My name is Jessica L. Kaptcianos, MA, MT-BC and I am a Board-Certified Music Therapist originally from north of Boston, Massachusetts with over a decade of experience across various settings including schools, daycares, nursing facilities/long-term care, home health, and telehealth. I have worked extensively with the following populations: autism, developmental disabilities, trauma, emotional disturbance and behavioral disorders, dementia, children, young adults, and elders. I am an advocate for disabilities populations and strive to ensure my work is always intersectional and person-centered. I am delighted to be working for an organization like Frontera Music Therapy which serves the needs of the community in such a meaningful way. In my free time, I enjoy going for walks, exploring the beauty of El Paso’s natural wonders, visiting art galleries, practicando mi español, and songwriting and performing music."
